Thank you for your interest in our firm.  Kimberly A. Pinchbeck, P.C. originated in 2003, and the firm’s attorneys have been providing legal services to the Richmond area and surrounding counties for over thirty years.  We are here to give our clients peace of mind today by planning for tomorrow, and to help those who have found themselves in the middle of a storm that no one anticipated.  Specifically, our firm practice focuses on estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law.  It is within these areas that we seek to come alongside our clients in order to meet their individual needs.  The attorneys and staff of Kimberly A. Pinchbeck, P.C. believe that the best way to practice law is on a personal basis, by establishing open and honest communication and providing prompt and efficient representation.  Competence and communication are two of the most important components in legal representation, and we pride ourselves in bringing both to the table.

Kimberly A. Pinchbeck

Kimberly A. Pinchbeck has over thirty years experience devoted to estate and trust planning and administration, and elder law – giving clients peace of mind today by planning for tomorrow. She works with clients to meet their individual needs, preparing wills, trusts (tax planning, special needs, long-term care), and financial and medial powers of attorney to ensure wishes are fulfilled, families are provided for, and assets are protected. Ms. Pinchbeck oversees fiduciaries as court-appointed Commissioner of Accounts for the City of Richmond Circuit Court.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, member of both the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Estate Planning Council of Richmond, and a former President of both the Trust Administrator’s Council of Richmond and the Community Tax Law Project.

Amanda J. Foster

Amanda J. Foster has been practicing law in Richmond, Virginia since 2007, and is a partner at Kimberly A. Pinchbeck, P.C.

Amanda attended Berea College in Kentucky, during which time she studied Psychology and Spanish.  After graduating summa cum laude in 2004, Amanda attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, where she was a member of the Student Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus, and interned with the Blackstone Legal Fellowship.

Amanda became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2007, and her practice focuses on estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law.  Amanda is a member of the Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Virginia Women Attorney’s Association, for which she has served as the state-wide Treasurer.  She lives in Henrico with her husband and three children, and is a member at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, serving the community through her activities therein.
